Solving the challenges of Scaled Product Platform Development

Building integrated, interoperable software on large inter-organizational scales requires a different approach than typical "in-house" software development. The commercial industry has implemented effective techniques to tackle this problem. They leverage open source development, standards bodies, and emerging technologies to break down the barriers. This presentation will cover some of those processes, standards bodies and emerging technologies citing real world examples of work for the Department of Defense (DoD).
