The center is located on the 3rd floor in Wachman Hall (1), 1805 North Broad street, just north of Montgomery Avenue.
The entrance to Wachman Hall is on the back side (2). To enter from North Broad street, use the Conwell Hall entrance (3).
- From the Philadelphia International Airport:
Take the Septa train and get off at the Temple University station.
- By subway: All local Broad Street subway trains stop at the Cecil B. Moore/Temple University Station. Wachman Hall is then a one block walk northward along N Broad street.
- By the Septa Train Lines: All regional lines stop at the Temple University Station. These lines are marked in gray in the Septa Rail map. From there Wachman Hall is a five minute walk across campus.

The Visitors Parking is on the corner of Cecil B. Moore Avenue and Broad Street.
The entrance is on Park Avenue, east of Broad Street and south of Cecil B. Moore Avenue.
- From the Pennsylvania Turnpike:
Take PA Turnpike to Exit 24 (Philadelphia/Valley Forge). Follow I-76 East for 18 miles to Exit 38 (Central Philadelphia/East 676). Note: this is a LEFT lane exit. Proceed one-half mile to the Broad Street Exit. Turn left on Broad Street (611 North), proceed two miles to Cecil B. Moore Avenue. Turn right and drive one-half block to Park Avenue. Turn right to enter the Visitors Parking lot.
- From Points South of Philadelphia via I-95:
Take I-95 North to Exit 17 (Central Philadelphia/I-676). Note: this is a LEFT lane exit. Follow 676 West to Broad Street Exit. Exit to the left lane and turn left on Vine Street. Stay in the left lane for one block to Broad Street and turn left. Proceed two miles to Cecil B. Moore Avenue. Turn right and then right again in one-half block onto Park Avenue. The Visitors Parking lot entrance is on Park Avenue.
- From Points North of Philadelphia via I-95:
Take I-95 South to the Girard Avenue Exit. Follow Girard Avenue for 2.3 miles to Broad Street. Turn right and proceed one-half mile to Cecil B. Moore Avenue. Turn right and then right again in one-half block onto Park Avenue. The Visitors Parking lot entrance is on Park Avenue.
- From the New Jersey Turnpike via Benjamin Franklin Bridge:
Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 4; then follow Route 73 North one mile to Route 38 West. Follow Route 38 approximately six miles to cross Benjamin Franklin Bridge. From the bridge follow signs to Vine Street Local Traffic and proceed one mile to Broad Street. Turn right onto Broad Street and proceed two miles to Cecil B. Moore Avenue. Turn right and then right again in one-half block onto Park Avenue. The Visitors Parking lot entrance is on Park Avenue.
- From the New Jersey Turnpike via I-95:
Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 6 (Pennsylvania Turnpike) Cross the turnpike bridge, staying in the right hand lane and exit immediately past the toll booth on the Pennsylvania side ( Exit 29). Follow Route 13 South for two miles to Route 413 North. Turn right and proceed one mile to I-95. Turn left and follow I-95 South for 16 miles to the Girard Avenue Exit. Follow Girard Avenue for 2.3 miles to Broad Street. Turn right and proceed one-half mile to Cecil B. Moore Avenue. Turn right and then right again in one-half block onto Park Avenue. The Visitors Parking lot entrance is on Park Avenue.
- From Northeast Extension Pennsylvania Turnpike:
Take Exit 25A to I-476 (Blue Route) South approximately 5 miles to I-76 East. Follow I-76 East for approximately 18 miles to Exit 38 (Central Philadelphia/East 676). Note: this is a LEFT lane exit. Proceed one-half mile to the Broad Street Exit. Turn left on Broad Street (611 North), proceed two miles to Cecil B. Moore Avenue. Turn right and then right again in one-half block onto Park Avenue. The Visitors Parking lot entrance is on Park Avenue.
